Who we are
Fadoir is a digital transformation studio in Póvoa de Varzim, Greater Porto, Portugal. We are the controller of the data collected on this site. For any privacy question, write to ola@fadoir.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: name, email, company or organisation (optional), the topic and your message. Nothing else.
What we use it for
To reply to your request and, if we work together, to prepare the proposal and the work. We don't send newsletters or advertising, and we never sell or share your data for marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the pre-contract steps you ask for when you contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who else has access
Form emails are sent through Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data only on our behalf, with appropriate contractual safeguards for transfers outside the EU. Site content is managed in Contentful, which receives no visitor data.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact if there is no ongoing work. If we work together, we keep what the law requires for invoicing and accounting.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only stores what the site needs to work, such as your language preference.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or move your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Just write to ola@fadoir.com. We reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
